1. Who we are
We are a registered civic association (o.z.) in Slovakia. This website is the church's storefront for a first-time visitor: schedule, sermons, events, contacts, a path into church life, and giving.
The personal data controller is Kresťanské spoločenstvo Victory o.z. We do not share your data with "marketing partners" and we do not sell it.
2. What data we process
2.1. Data you give us
- name, phone, e-mail, and message text — if you write via the site form, to pastor@victoryba.sk, or through another listed contact;
- data needed for a donation or to answer your request (for example, payment details are processed by the payment provider, not by us blindly).
2.2. Technical data when you visit the site
- IP address, browser type, language, visit time, pages viewed — to the extent a normal web server and CDN (currently Cloudflare) may see for site operation and security;
- theme settings (light/dark), if you change them — stored locally in your browser (
localStorage); we do not collect them on the server as a profile.
2.3. Maps and embedded content
Google Maps on our pages does not load on its own: it opens only after you click "Open map". Google may then process technical data under its own rules. The same applies to links to YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and Facebook — they are separate services.

We do not profile you for credit scoring and do not make automated decisions with legal effects for you.
4. Who may receive data
Only parties actually needed to run the site and respond to you:
- site hosting / CDN (currently Cloudflare and the infrastructure serving victoryba.sk);
- the mail service through which your message is sent;
- payment provider — only when you donate;
- public authorities — only if required by Slovak / EU law.
We have no separate "ad networks" or data brokers. If we later enable Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager, that will be reflected here and in our cookie policy.
5. How long we keep data
- correspondence and contacts from forms — while a reply is needed and for a reasonable period after (usually up to 24 months, unless there is reason to keep longer: e.g. membership, donation, dispute);
- server logs — usually a short technical period (days/weeks);
- browser theme — until you clear the site's data yourself.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You may: know what data we hold about you; get a copy; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it (if we have no legal duty to keep it); restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interest; withdraw consent (for the future); data portability where applicable.
Request: pastor@victoryba.sk. We will reply within the GDPR timeframe (usually within 30 days).

7–9. Children / changes / contact
